OVERVIEW

Century Park is a multi-phase transit-oriented community that will feature a mix of low, mid, and high-rise residential, office, and retail. Conveniently located 20 minutes from the Edmonton International Airport and downtown Edmonton by car, Century Park is also home to the Southern terminus of Edmonton Transit’s main Light Rail Transit (LRT) line.

Over 29,000 passengers ride the LRT at Century Park daily, travelling to destinations including the downtown core, University of Alberta, MacEwan University, Commonwealth Stadium, ICE District, and the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT). Future development lands are currently the site of a 1,200 stall Park and Ride facility, which reaches full capacity by 7 am on business days.

The developer’s overall goal is to create a high-density urban campus that integrates modern living spaces, inviting public areas, convenient amenities, contemporary workspaces, and premium shopping with convenient access to all parts of the city via LRT.
